Vacay Villas Ibiza S.L. was founded 2015 in Ibiza as an independent privately held Spanish Sociedad Limitada with a background of real estate knowledge and holiday rentals for many years. The company organically grew quickly and developed to one of the leading villa rental companies in Ibiza specializing in group villa/house rentals but also offering smaller holiday villas to rent.

100% self-controlled: We acquire all of our villas as longterm leasehold properties, thus we are in full control over the properties we manage. After taking over our villas, we invest in each property with our private company funds to transform the houses into perfect holiday rental villas for international holiday groups.

We are not an agency, thus our guests do not pay (usually hidden) agency fees/commissions. Our guests are in direct contact to us who are fully in charge of the villas we offer.
Our management team Chris and Eric founded the company as equal partners. Both are based in Ibiza with their families and dedicate their passion to Vacay Villas Ibiza S.L. full time and 24/7 during the hot summer seasons.
After studying Business and Marketing in Germany and the United States Chris positioned different management professions at international FMCG cooperation’s and as CEO of a natural products company. Simultaneously he started with real estate properties. Chris completes Vacay Villas Ibiza S.L. dynamic spirit with his entrepreneur skills and vision to create self managed rental villas with highest standards.

After graduating from High School, Eric was working for the Department of State in German and was Dj'ing in different local clubs. In the early 2000's he relocated to Ibiza and started renting properties to groups and DJ's (from local to international top DJ's) through his social network and founded his first rental company (which merged in the meantime with Vacay Villas Ibiza S.L.) in 2011. Eric brings long year rental experience to the company's flat hierarchies.

はじめまして。こんにちは。Born and raised in Japan Ayako worked a decade for Guerlain Japan (LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton S.E.) before she left Japan and migrated to Hawaii for studies (and surfing). After the US she relocated to Kuala Lumpur and Bali before she found her new home in Ibiza. Today Ayako is developing our Japanese market division.
