Vacay Villas Ibiza S.L. was founded 2015 in Ibiza as an independent privately held Spanish Sociedad Limitada with a background of real estate knowledge and holiday rentals for many years. The company organically grew quickly and developed to one of the leading villa rental companies in Ibiza specializing in large group villa/house rentals but also offering smaller holiday villas to rent.

 

Our Ibiza villa rentals are...

 

  • hand-picked and personally selected collection of high quality holiday villas situated around Ibiza town and Playa d'en Bossa (by the beach) to ensure the highest holiday experience for our guests. Each property has been selected for its unique character and is equipped to high standards.

  • 100% self-controlled: We acquire all of our villas as longterm leasehold properties, thus we are in full control over the properties we manage. After taking over our villas, we invest in each property with our private company funds to transform the houses into perfect holiday rental villas for international holiday groups.

  • We are not an agency, thus our guests do not pay (usually hidden) agency fees/commissions. Our guests are in direct contact to us who are fully in charge of the villas we offer.

 

Our management team Chris and Eric founded the company as equal partners. Both are based in Ibiza with their families and dedicate their passion to Vacay Villas Ibiza S.L. full time and 24/7 during the hot summer seasons.

We are offering beautiful Ibiza villa rentals focused on large villas for large groups, all within 10 min. drive to Ibiza town in the areas of:

Thanks to long year local relationships we can furthermore assist our guests with a wide range of villa services to complete your best Ibiza holidays, such as:
 

  • Mini bus transportation to and from the villa, clubs, beaches, etc.

  • Boat rentals and yacht charter, managed by local companies. The most extravagant of yacht rentals come stocked with jet skis, seabobs and other aquatic toys.

  • Private villa chefs for breakfast and/or BBQ and/or Spanish Paella 

  • Grocery service to arrive with a full fridge and cold drinks waiting for you

  • Yoga villa classes
